Developer FAQ

Welcome to the future of game rewards.

OGP is the first protocol that ties mini-games to on-chain tokens, letting you earn real value for the games you build. Whether you're a solo dev or a studio, OGP gives you a plug-and-play system to monetize gameplay—without locking you into any one platform.

💰 1. Can I make money putting my games on OGP?

Yes. In fact, that's the whole point.

OGP ties real tokens to games using a system of g-tokens—each tied to an existing token or coin. These g-tokens allocate a fixed percentage of their supply to a rewards pool that is distributed to players and developers over time.

As a developer:

  • You earn tokens from the rewards pool if your game attracts players.

  • The more your game gets played, the more you earn.

  • The better your game performs compared to others, the more weight it gets in future reward votes.

This is not ad revenue. It’s not IAP-based. It's protocol-level, automatic token rewards.

🆓 2. How much does it cost to submit my game?

Zero.

Nada.

Nothing.

There are no submission fees, no hosting fees, and no blockchain integration costs. You don't need to stake anything. You don’t need a wallet to get started. You can even link your dev rewards to a friend’s wallet if that makes your life easier.

OGP is designed to be a low-friction entry point for game developers who don’t want to deal with complex blockchain tooling.

🔓 3. Do I have to remove my game from other platforms?

Nope.

We don’t ask for exclusivity. You can continue publishing your game wherever you want—Newgrounds, Itch, Steam, your personal site, Telegram, whatever. Hosting your game on OGP is just another revenue channel.

You’re not giving up anything. You’re just unlocking new value for traffic you’re already generating.

🧠 4. How are developer rewards calculated?

OGP uses a daily point system to track game performance. Each day:

  • Players earn points by playing g-token games.

  • The total points are tallied across the ecosystem.

  • Your game’s share of those points determines your share of the rewards pool.

You don’t need to build this logic. OGP handles it all. You just focus on making a great game.

🪙 5. Where do the tokens come from?

Each g-token (like gTRUMP, gDOGE, etc.) is created through a bonding curve on the OGP launchpad.

When it reaches a target market cap, it graduates and is listed on a decentralized exchange.

From the start:

  • 29% of each token’s total supply is set aside for game rewards (players + developers).

  • This pool is released slowly over time, ensuring long-term earnings across years.

You’re not chasing hype. You’re tapping into structured, ongoing token allocations.

🎮 6. What kind of games are supported?

HTML5-based mini-games. If your game can run in a browser, it can work on OGP.

Common genres include:

  • Endless runners

  • Clickers / tappers

  • Arcade-style score chasers

  • Puzzle games

  • Idle / progression games

  • Meme-infused novelty games

No blockchain integration is required. Just a public game link and a few metadata tags.

It must be playable on mobile in portrait mode.

🚀 7. What’s the catch?

There isn’t one.

  • No upfront cost

  • No platform lock-in

  • No technical overhead

  • No exclusivity

OGP is built to grow by making game developers successful. We win when your games win.

📝 8. What do I need to submit?

Go to the link below to get started.

That’s it.

OGP handles the rest: distribution, player rewards, daily point calculation, and reward payouts.

💬 9. What if I need help?

We have an active support channel on [where?].

📈 10. What can I do to boost traffic to my games?

While there is no required investment to start earning on OGP. That said, OGP rewards you based on how much your game gets played, so boosting traffic also boosts your earnings. Here’s how to do it effectively: 🔗 1. Share your game link on social

Each g-token has its own theme and memecoin vibe — lean into it! Post clips, memes, and high scores on X, Telegram, or Reddit, and tag the token’s community. They're already looking for ways to engage.

🗳 2. Stake the tokens you earn and vote for your own game

As a developer, you receive g-tokens as part of your game’s reward share. You can use those tokens to vote for your own game, increasing its visibility and boosting future rewards. All you need to do is leave your tokens in your game account and the votes will automatically distribute themselves based on your previous vote distribution.

It’s like compounding your earnings — you earn tokens, stake them, and use them to increase your share of the pie.

🏷 3. Tag your game across multiple tokens

A single game can appear under several g-tokens if it fits the vibe (e.g., meme shooter = gDOGE + gPEPE). Be judicious when tagging, remember: if the game does not align with the token community, it will most likely not get rewards or traffic.

The more feeds you show up in, the more players you'll attract.

🧪 11. How do I test the system?

If you're curious before committing:

  • Go play a game and earn some rewards yourself

  • Tag one of your games to an already existing token without integration…. rewards will still accrue waiting for you.

12. What’s the next big thing?

  • Support for token payments within your games
